    Hello again Grims!

    For our final event at Gamescom's Indie Arena Booth, we have the creative lead of Death and Taxes showing off how the art gets made for the game. As you may have seen, we're planning a content update for Halloween this year, and new art is at the forefront.

    Greetings, Grims!


    Gamescom is starting really really really soon.


    We have a few cozy events planned for you, and we hope to see you all there! You are more than welcome to join us at the booth for some fun times chatting about the game or anything, really. If you haven't yet, be sure to register a guest account for the Indie Arena Booth[online.indiearenabooth.com] (it's free and you get to see tons of cool indies if you do) and join our Discord[discord.com] :3

    Our kickoff event will start at 27th August at 19:00 CEST, and will go on for around 4 hours, but we're not really strict with the time, if people want to hang out more then that's perfectly OK :)

    Hello Grims!

    Oak here. We got accepted to the Indie Arena Booth at Gamescom this year (I'm very happy about that X_X) and we have quite the line-up of stuff for the event. Make sure to join our Discord[discord.com]!

    And just to get this out of the way: We are planning to get Death and Taxes on the Nintendo Switch very very soon, we will announce something super special about that on the 28th (that's a Friday), so if you're a console aficionado, watch this space! (Pretty please? ^_^')

    Meanwhile, work on the upcoming Halloween Content Patch/free DLC/Wedontevenknowyet is progressing quite well. Coding-wise there's not much to do (hahahaha actually there's so much, don't trust what programmers tell you, ever) besides a lot of behind-the-scenes work and making drinks appear and disappear properly, you know, the usual.

    The Cerberus Den is not the most... alive place in the world, but it gets its fair share of guests.

    ...like a Grim from the Plant Department, for example:




    Again showcasing the wonderful work that our concept artist Raido is doing :3 It's always a pleasure to see our awesome designs come to life and even more of a pleasure for me to put them in the game once they're done! I'm quite hyped for the update, it's not the most massive thing in the world, but hey, at least there'll be a cozy bar to hang out in :)

    Also! If you'd like Death and Taxes to be translated to your native language, we're still running a community translation effort for it. I will post more about it in the coming days/weeks, reminding people that YES WE'RE STILL DOING IT and it's actually progressing fairly well!
