Death and Taxes Hotfix 1.2.13 + More Cool Fanart!

Hello Grims! Oak here.

I've decided to call it with a certain issue we have on some specific hardware configurations for some people and just create a fallback solution. I just want people to be able to play x_x

If you have had problems with the main menu of the game having a black screen (i.e. the background videos don't load) and inability to load intot a game, then this should be fixed now. If the video fails to load you should now see a static background image and the game should work properly when you go to the Options screen or load a game or create a new game. There is still a slight delay when you load into a game, which might feel a bit counter-intuitive, but at least it should work in all cases now ^_^
